Vaccinium myrtillus L

青紫色の色素「アントシアニン」の量が最も豊富に含まれるブルーベリーの一種です。
欧州では医薬品として商品化されるほど健康効果があります。
小さな酸味のある果実の中に含まれる豊富なアントシアニンには目の健康を維持する効果が知られています。
