レスベラトロール

resveratrol

レスベラトロールとは、サンタベリーやブドウなどに含まれるポリフェノールの一種であり、サプリメントや化粧品に配合され美容成分として高い注目を集めています。強い抗酸化力を持ち、細胞の酸化を防ぐとともに、肌の弾力を改善するなど、体を健康的に若々しく保つ効果が期待される成分です。
