イソロイシン

isoleucine

イソロイシンは必須アミノ酸の一種で、筋肉を強化したり、疲労を回復させる効果があります。イソロイシンはバリン、ロイシンとともにBCAAと呼ばれ、運動時のエネルギー補給としてスポーツサプリメントなどに配合されています。
