カシス種子油

cassis seed oil

カシス種子油はカシスの種から抽出した健康油で、必須脂肪酸の一種であるγ(ガンマ)-リノレン酸を豊富に含みます。体の働きを整えるホルモンであるプロスタグランジンの材料となり、血圧や悪玉(LDL)コレステロール値、血糖値を低下させる効果に加えて、皮膚機能の維持に役立つとされています。
