りんごポリフェノール

apple polyphenol

りんごポリフェノールとは、りんごの皮に特に多く含まれるポリフェノールの一種で、強い抗酸化力を持ちます。活性酸素を除去する効果や、血流を改善する効果、口臭を予防する効果、肌を美白へ導く効果など様々な効果を持つ優れた成分です。
