カテキン

catechin

カテキンは、主に緑茶に多く含まれているポリフェノールの一種で、渋味や苦味のもととなる成分です。
強い抗酸化作用や殺菌・抗菌作用を持ち、生活習慣病や肥満を予防し、細菌やウイルスから体を守る効果があります。
