カプサイシン

capsaicin

カプサイシンは、とうがらしに含まれる辛味成分です。
エネルギーの代謝に関わるホルモンの分泌を促進して、脂肪の燃焼を助ける働きを持ち、肥満を予防する効果があるとして注目されています。
