lutein

ルテインとは、目の中の水晶体や黄斑部などにもともと存在している成分で、強力な抗酸化作用を持っています。
緑黄色野菜などに多く含まれる黄色の天然色素で、「天然のサングラス」とも呼ばれています。
黄斑変性症や白内障など加齢による目の病気に対する効果が期待されており、予防や症状改善に働きかけます。
