・Guava
・バンジロウ  番石榴(バンセキリュウ)

グァバは葉や果実に、強い抗酸化作用を持つビタミンCやビタミンE、ミネラル、カリウムなど様々な栄養成分を豊富に含む果物です。グァバの葉に多く含まれているポリフェノールが、ダイエットや糖尿病の予防に効果があると注目を集めています。
