緑茶

green tea

緑茶とは、昔から多くの日本人に親しまれているお茶の一種です。緑茶に含まれるカテキンには強力な抗酸化作用があり、活性酸素から体を守る働きがあるため、生活習慣病予防や老化予防に効果があるといわれています。また、緑茶の豊潤な香りと旨みはリラックス効果をもたらしてくれます。
