ロイシン

Leucine

ロイシンとは、必須アミノ酸のひとつで、食事から栄養分として摂取しなければならない成分です。バリンやイソロイシンとともに、筋肉でのエネルギー源となる BCAA (分岐鎖アミノ酸)に分類され、肝臓の機能を高めて、筋肉をつくり出したり、傷ついた筋肉を修復する働きを持ちます。
